iPad New iPad Air 2 won't open links

i replaced ipad 2 weekend new 64gb wifi-only ipad air 2. except can't click links open, , can't select text copy/paste. use safari.

instance, can't open link on messageboard post: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2153699

can't select text on thread copy/paste. no select options normal.

else experiencing this? have forced reboot several times no avail.

overall screen responsiveness seems quite poor compared old 2, fwiw. have click several times "x" out url instance.
 

link , copy/paste works on 64gb wifi air 2 running ios 8.1.2.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
