CyberPower UPS for Late 2012 27-inch Core i7

i looking ups late 2012 27-inch core i7 , see recommendations cp850avrlcd cyberpower intelligent lcd series.

sufficient? worry flickering experiencing worsening quality of power grid.

apple skipped late 2012 27-inch core i7 power consumption rating. stating max power consumption 2011 model (200 w) , 2013 model (229 w).

goal: clean power imac, battery power @ least 10 mins , auto shutdown on last minute of battery life.
 

is imac connected via surge protector?

how old building use in?

have had cp1000 little on 2 years. i've got mac mini server, external drive array, router , modem connected it.

os x recognizes no issues , mini shuts down when outage has occurred. has been able provide wifi during few long outages well.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
