Help Advice For Newbie To Mac

hi all,

new mac , i’m finding file system confusing how mac products work together.

mac installed yosemite , wondering if has advice on how use file system organize files properly.

example on windows machine click on music folder , there of music, on mac when click on music folder folder 1 , on, want.

suggestions appreciated.
 

for particular example comes apple's thinking (and majority of consumer use). anticipate you'll use itunes manage music library, , such music folder has sub-folder itunes, you've found organized in such way it's not user friendly through finder works backend itunes.

same goes iphoto, although they've tightened bit on past few years. iphoto file in /pictures used folder, similar itunes, served backend iphoto. browse through of subfolders , find photos lot quicker, , made life lot easier standard consumer, use iphoto.

makes sense.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac give...

Unable to connect to wifi - 10.6.8

my isp forced me buy 3.0 docsis modem, once installed had reset router well. mb pro connected newly setup network fine 30 min. stopped working after having configured network security. issue has nothing network security, allow me explain... when select neighbors locked network, click connect , guess @ password, computer returns "invalid password". when same on own network connected to, says "connection failed". tells me has storage of information network had connected since implementing desired settings network.
