Penalty for Buying from Non-Apple Store?

i looking buy rmbp 15" , going buy fry's (interesting choice, know, it's convenient gonna use uncle's fry's membership card , yadda yadda rewards stuff). concern have whether or not laptop still come warranty? in others words, buying fry's same buying directly apple? know fry's authorized reseller of apple's products might have answered self, wanted clarification.
 

should come 1 year warranty.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
