MacBook Pro retina 15" 2012 Boot Issue

i'm helping friend rmbp 15" struggling boot. chimes , screen turns on stuck @ grey screen indefinitely. tried reseting smc , pram. smc reset seems respond keypress pram not anything. not able boot external drive pressing option key either. seems second power button pressed, no other input recognized computer.

if has experienced issue before or suggestion, please share. thank you!
 

gpu error. reflow fix.

update: future reference if runs same issue.

decided perform reflow because thing made sense me after kind of diagnostics. fix. couldn't believe such new machine has experienced gpu error.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
