Contacting Apple... is that even possible?

wondering: there way contact apple , discuss feature integrate in app of 1 of clients? i'm not sure allow feature , business model based on it. understanding of guidelines says "yes, probably", never know...

know, know, hear it's "impossible" reach apple , feedback... true?
 

first, 2 free support calls per year paid developer license. give access developers can discuss ideas or execution in detail.

if, however, don't want use should able contact customer service line itunes connect/app developers (i cannot recall name). have never used them this, however, have reached real people there on numerous occasions related creating company account , other related questions.
