Persistent "Unknown Network Error"

i unboxed brand new mb pro. it's beautiful, i'm having slight issue stable connectivity. symptoms are:

-continuous "unknown network error" when downloading medium or larger files in chrome, interrupts downloads @ random intervals.
-continuous failed or stalled software update downloads
-and finicky connection in spotify.

every other computer on network operates without these issues.

hmmmm
 

wireless or ethernet?
mavericks or yosemite? (and version)
safari better chrome?

need give little more information half decent set of suggestions.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
