Jawbone Up3 and Apple Watch

i'm pretty tempted up3. bioimpedance stuff looks great, being able detect stress , hydration levels, plus usual sleep tracking , smart alarm stuff.

however, i'm thinking if cave , apple watch (my head says wait second gen, have low willpower), might have bit overlap band, , make little redundant.

thoughts on this?
 

for i've seen , speculation apple watch not have same sensors of up3...
choice dependant on you'll using watch , band think.
i've read there new 1 nike...

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
