Is anyones 2012 rMBP smooth?!

when switch desktops using 4 finger swipe, open applications folder on dock, use mission control or animation, lags lot.

having flicker effect when log in usually. got repaired last year seems came back. kind of pissed spent 2k laptop pretty low performance , laggy...
 

while had it, buttery smooth.

did repair permissions , reset pram? or perhaps system migrated older installations , carries bulk negatively affects performance?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
