iPad rings but iPhone doesn't

i'm confused on continuity features in ios8. today ipad air rang when incoming call came in, iphone 5s did not. call came through on iphone screen coming on, ringer silent. though it's not on silent in settings.

people seem complain both devices ring, me, ipad does. don't want turn feature off, want iphone ring also, not ipad.

idea what's going on here?
 

are sure 'ringer' volume isn't way down?

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
