iPad Thoughts on upgrading iPad from iPad 3

i have ipad 3 (first retina version) , has been great me. however, ever since ios 8 came out, has slowed down significantly. other performance, none of new ipads have interested me enough spend money on one.

there chance next ipad bring thats game changer? or faster ipad air? upgrade regardless because ipad 3 slow right now.
 

i able speed ipad 3 doing full clean install, although usage went on, slows down on things, have loved stay on ios 6 till thing died, dont have many apps on , use things, myself, ios 7 , 8 hasn't been on ipad 3.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
