Ip6/6+ Cases that have large lightning port opening?

outside of apple cases, other cases have large or wide opening lightning port?

use lightning 30 pin adapter cable (not little dongle) in car. lightning port larger normal lightning cable which, depending on case purchase, let me charge phone/play music in car or not.
