Changing User accounts for Admin

os x yosemite
office mac 2011

rather new apple system having trouble excel file doubling in size after minimal entries (no graphics), 3 mb!

acted on advice , created 2nd user account check out problem. seems have solved issue, @ least i'm convinced should replace initial admin user account.

replacement (uc2) admin access doesn't give access files of uc1 admin account. me understandable can tell me if delete uc1 , files automatically show in uc2 or need approach differently.
 

no, if delete account there option save deleted account data or delete it. dos not moved other, new account.

assuming have documents move over, put them in /users/shared folder can access folder other account , copy them in before delete old account.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
