Buying a L2013 BTO iMac after the new 2014 are released

hi all,

im need of new imac, i'm not convinced new 2014 macs useful me (don't care retina display, , not thrilled rumored amd gpu). avoid being adopter, esp retina display.

on other hand yosemite has reference nvidia 9xx gpu, there might still hope.

in ether case bto maxed out version.

question is, can buy older model bto imac (l2013) thats not refurb after new 1 drops? preferabley id opposed retailer bc of eduction discount. possible?

nope. apple pull them off site , mark unsold stock refurbished new ones come out.
