Missing Pages file

last thursday working on document work 1.5hrs, remember saving icloud, believe pulled later day or next day, , it's found.

i've searched in finder conceivable part of title of file, looked on icloud drive online, searched trash, , went ~/library/mobile documents (which pulls icloud directory), , can't find it.

know sounds amateur hour , must have not saved , it's toast, remember saving it. i'm pretty new macs, i'm hoping out there knows 1. if known issue pages, , more importantly 2. if there's hope of me finding file. i've worked on other pages files , they've saved without issue, i'm starting think i'm going crazy , maybe didn't save it. . . .

try search spotlight/the finder search field. maybe try such search within time machine.

Is this battery use normal

i have 2014 11-inch haswell macbook air i5 1.4 / 8 gb / 128 gb. had since october, 3rd mba. clean install of yosemite. virtually no apps installed. no flash. if have bluetooth off , brightness 2/3 might scrap 6 hours of battery use. not using the web. i'm typically using nisus or basic text editor (bbedit) browsing web, on text based sites, no flash, adblock on, 5 or 6 tabs 4.5 hours. watching film 2.5 hours. if leave computer on nothing open, , go sleep disabled, lasts 7 hours. it's not yosemite. getting same on mavericks. know people 12 hours or on 11-inch haswell wifi off, , writing on text editor. took apple shop, nothing showed on battery test, did clean install in case of runaway process (ironically, have runaway process giving me 2 hours battery life total, that's on thread)   there many factors impact battery life. see battery life charge se...
