What should I do :(? Bad apple experience

hi own macbook pro (late 2011 15" 2.4 ghz i7 quad core)


background: ( sorry long shows whole conflict before gonna ask!)

since first owned noticed display hinge more left right , creak every time opened , shut screen. didn't take notice because on desk , practically used desktop since play games. since month ago started bringing macbook pro college because have lot of essays. put in protected cushioned sleeve incase drop (the laptop $2400 of course i'm going baby lol!)

1 day decided wipe outside little bit damp white vinegar on paper towel. put macbook pro on side , noticed hinge tiny bit cracked on corner. speechless because never dropped macbook pro or bumped , etc. made appointment apple store plus called apple care ask if covered because never dropped it. person on phone said should covered since minor crack , exterior in mint condition.

brought apple store , time crack turned tiny 1mm chip crack extend more. woman told me not covered under warranty since physically damaged (which stupid because 'impact' hit hinge make hit corner of display first) , there no marks on aluminum. mentioned maybe heat since game uses lot of cpu , gpu heats laptop , maybe combination of hinge being out of aligned , heat made crack , said plastic can handle lot of heat (i guess apple's plastic hinge magical?) told me 10$ replace hinge , rolled eyes , said ok. told want them make sure when put hinge on, should align wont have problem in future , said automatically. told me going quick repair.

week later told me come in laptop. black friday busy! come in , woman rushed in , gave me laptop , told me examine macbook pro make sure fixed right. examined took credit card , charged me (shows how in rush in) , noticed while examining hinge still out of alignment. asked them if can make note , said put in system.

when leaving noticed on way car noticed 2 screws sticking out little bit. knew not have time tighten them thought @ home. got home opened laptop , noticed creaking noise again (i didn't hear because loud people in it!) noticed hinge felt funny when opening , closing , bit of friction. wiggled screen , noticed left side loose , moved around , make cracking noise!!! noticed friction bottom corner of display rubbing against bottom aluminum when opening , shutting. person put on carelessly in hurry.


this issue



have many essays since @ end of semester!!!!! can't afford week without laptop! have no other computer @ house!!!! can't use ones @ school because filled students , need wait till gets , have fight else waiting computer!

there way can apple can give me loaner laptop gets fixed???!!! literally going anxiety attack because can not bring macbook pro school in condition in (the hinge going break off again , if can drop laptop!!! know bestbuy cellphones don't know if apple can such thing desperate college students!!!!

do?!!!! expected laptop last me through 4 years of college price payed it!!!!!!!! next appointment monday don't think macbook pro while since cyber monday!!!! do?!!! !!!!

 

apple doesn't send technicians out on sales floor sell stuff, sales floor being busy cyber monday (does apple participate in that?) shouldn't have effect on how long repairs take.

@ apple store worked @ few years, didn't have loaners. don't know if has changed.

if you, next step call store , speak manager. have power take notebook , put @ front of line of repair queue.
