aware apple monitor site , glad original post made in hope read experience , improve overall customer service, note apple have still not responded emails (of course did not email tim cook).

apple doesn't monitor site way think. apple if wants site closed down! apple hates rumors , has tried in past knock down rumor sites, think think secret!

plus 1 more thing big tech companies don't read people's email. maybe have in marketing department might farest , email goes. if want different send them snail mail letter , in apple might read it.
