Time Capsule Settings - Power and Country Variations

hi everyone,

few questions on power output , wifi strength new tc (or airport extreme):

1. on apple's web site state supports 32.5 dbm (varies country). have list of countries , corresponding power outputs ?

2. can dbm altered using "country" option in aport utility; noticed there option there, changing country exactly?

3. there way force tc use 802.11 a/b or g ... or supporting versions @ times?

4. way reduce power output / signal strength through ssh hack, or other method? weaken power @ least 50% of now; short of cracking open , pulling out antenna, hope there alternative :)

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
