Macbook Pro - Mid 2010 Model SSD problem!

hello there guys!

new forum , if possible. bought ssd drive (samsung 840 evo) , installed on macbook replace regular crappy 500hdd drive overheating crazy. hot point can burn of course, turn off don't fry anything. when put stock hd in, doesn't hot when ssd installed, gets hot within minutes of usage.

(the ssd cool looks board extremely hot)

googled extensively , contacted several local computer repair shops , clueless. thing recommend 'replace hardware'.. (i can myself if case).

1. i've reformatted computer.
2. reset smc.
3. i've downloaded programs manually control fan drains battery massively.
4. used trim.

other ideas or stuck having put oem hard drive apple?

ssd model : samsung evo 840 mz-7te250 (250gb)
macbook pro: macbook pro (15-inch mid 2010) 2.66 ghz i7 - 8gb 1067mhz - nvida geforce gt 330m 512mb - os x 10.9.5
