Automator steps repeating under Yosemite

i have folder action renames itunes receipts new name , current date. under mavericks ran fine, in yosemite last step continues repeat itself. when save email of receipt pdf default name pops of "your receipt no. 123456" "receipts" folder. folder action changes "your" 'itunes' , adds current date front of that. when date added repeats on , over. instead of "2014-12-15 itunes receipt no.123456" "2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 2014-12-15 itunes receipt no.123456"
else having problem automator since yosemite? folder action set right? it's not set on loop or that. i'd appreciate input, thanks.

i try removing last action, saving file new one, re-adding last step?
