starbucks today launched "mobile order & pay" feature in portland, oregon, allows customers place order on iphones starbucks app , schedule pick up, reports wired. feature requires users accept one-time location services prompt in order identify nearest location accepting mobile order & pay, , uses customer's connected starbucks card pay purchases.

2. select food , beverage items order: in-stores, beverages customizable, including option modify size, number of espresso shots, dairy selections , more.
3. select participating store pick up: approximate wait times viewable on customer's phone prior selecting store location. directions available if needed.
