Really bad Custumor service Apple Netherlands

well here´s story.

end of jan. 2014 bought late 2013 mbpro retina 15`.
worked fine , still does. last week noticed on top of display thin line visible in shape of square. when took closer noticed same size , area of trackpad when macbook closed. looks bit stripe of dust or broken pixels...

dont have camera here can make picture of this, maybe can add later on.

immediatly phoned apple , advised me go certified dealer lookup.
did , after week got message macbook back.
whent shop , been informed not warranty repair, cost €806,- repair issue....

after having little discussion decided phone apple again.
after few minutes there supervisor on phone said me:

sir, issue not known us, there no other people problem impossible product faillure , aint gonna thing youre problem. accidental damage. goodbye.

have never ever heard such thing premium brand/ manufacturer.
paid ******** of money laptop, use under normal conditions. 99% of time in studio on desk. other 1% travels in sturdy case inside laptop bag.

if think logically, between screen , trackpad there's few millimeters of space,, if have caused problem myself either putting pressure on screen or putting of load on macbook, take force alu body have traces of damage. not case, macbook looks brandnew, no scratches or damages or whatever.
, cant imagine there visible square on screen. edge of keyboard half centimeter away trackpad edge, , there nothing of edge visible on screen outher lines of trackpad square.

diapointed in apple treathing custumors this.
if not warranty case try me , think of kind off sollution instead of telling me pay total repair bill , ufck off !!!

apple service partners totally useless experience , apple hotline. decided go straight apple store issue , fixed , said sorry 10 times because kept me waiting genius 5 minutes.

806€ way high display replacement, apple store went calculated 307€ did free

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
