iPhone 5s unlocking

hi,

bought new iphone 6 plus , figured sell old iphone 5s. contacted carrier , approved unlocking request said need this:

step 1: insert non 3 sim card phone
step 2: turn handset on
step 3: connect phone itunes
step 4: restore software

cannot because not have sim card , not buy 1 reason only. need unlock resell value better unlocked. ideas can do?

- if thread in wrong part of forum apologise in advance.
 

grab friends sim. though no longer have insert different sim unlock phone.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
