i got new rmbp , came mavericks. first thing did run diagnostic test no problems found next erased entire hd. (i been using yosemite since beta , pretty use now, figured install did on old mbp)
wanted create recover hd wait till recovery partition creator updates foe yosemite.
after booted , installed apps , decided repair permissions disk utility enabled disk utility debug menu selected show every partition
, found
macintosh efi (hidden) macintosh (hidden) recovery hd (hidden)
thought made mistake erased again (firewire through old mbp) checked diskutil corestorage list came "no corestorage logical volume groups found"
re-did installation of yosemite , again when booted created hidden macintosh , recovery hd. recovery hd doesn't show @ boot when hold down option key. ran diskutil corestorage list , there again
how stop creating fusion drive automatically? have 1 1tb ssd, why create logical volume? , how stop it?
can share thoughts on this?
maybe not understanding or not, fusion drive requires 2 drives. not making fusion drive.

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac give...
