Glimmerblocker - Is there a way to kill Facebook and YouTube ads?

i have few issues glimmerblocker, though think overall it's best ad-blocker in sense doesn't seem slow safari down unlike adblock, adblock plus , adguard (please correct me here if untrue , i'm doing wrong!)

wondering if me following;

possible block ads on youtube?
possible block sponsored ads on facebook?
possible have glimmerblocker active not have vast white spaces there ad - doesn't seem re-format pages in same way adblock plus does?

fwiw, i'm running yosemite.

New 2014 Mac Mini as living room media unit... general questions :)

hi everyone, relatively new apple world (came on android/windows) can impressed , happy made switch hoping insight experts here new setup. got new 2014 mini our living room media unit (will playing music, netflix, movies, internet browsing etc) - havent hooked yet. have 2 bookshelf speakers, 1 sub woofer, , center speaker sound setup goes avr, , of course flat screen tv. 1) question -- mini support 2.1 sound via hdmi avr? losing audio quality or audio features using mac mini? 2) internet browsing, there app or interface make ui better fit living room tv? i've read font/icons can hard read if enlarge them because mac mini not meant big tv? 3) plan plex server , plex media player mac mini, other loading movie/tv collection , playing off tv, there else cool missing here can this? 4) if have mac mini media unit, there purpose in owning roku @ point? thank you!!   ...
