Clean Install question

so father passed away 3-4 years ago , given 27" imac. father, being older "dog", got imac , had parallels installed run windows. yep. got imac because looked cool, ran 100% of time in windows.

i've wanted wipe off window's partition , change "ownership" name, never got around it. thought new os, time that. problem is, not sure how wipe clean , start anew. can follow clear instructions, seems everyplace look, kind of says different things. did upgrade mavericks btw.

"ultra clean install dummies" instructions point me to?

1)download yosemite
2) download diskmaker x, insert empty usb 8gb stick or more , create yosemite usb installer
3) reboot, press alt/option after hear long doooooo, go yosemite installer
4) click disk utility, format drive
5) install yosemite ;)

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
