Cannot copy files over network to Windows share

in local network, have network share on windows server. have in past had no issue copying files mac network share, keep getting infuriating finder popup stating ""finder wants make changes" asks username/password (only accepts mac credentials)

after inputting credentials, tells me process failed cause dont have permission on items.

keeping in mind use work, , have granted "everyone" read/write access on share, no effect. ideas? have googled , tinkered last 3 hours no effect...:mad:
 

nevermind, seems mangled leftover permissions previous windows install

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
