Word unable to mail your document (Office for Mac 2011)


i'm having issue not able send word document outlook attachment (file>share>email) or html.

outlook set default mail app. when set apple mail app default, word document attach properly. when set outlook same problem arises. there settings in outlook causing this? compared mac of mine , settings same , mac works fine.

need here, been trying figure out past 2 days. thanks.
