Slow boot up on Yosemite :(


help please.
decided upgrade macbook pro yosemite yesterday. now, when switch on, progress bar never got when had previous os.
laptop spec:
13" i5 mid 2012 (bought dec 2013)
2.5ghz
4gb ram
crucial m500 240gb ssd

have read trim not supported - need , how can enable or how can speed boot time please?

are joking? machine boots in less 20 seconds after power button press. of that, 6 seconds firmware pre-test, actual boot takes around 14-15 seconds. if slow, don't know supposed fast.

progress bar new thing in yosemite. boot did not slower because see progress bar. whether wait 10 seconds black screen, or same 10 seconds on progress bar, not make difference in boot speed.
