Erased OSX Yosemite developer partition not recoverable

i had yosemite dp on separate 100gb partition on mbp, since release of full version decided wipe dp partition , reuse space cannot space back. appears greyed out space in disk utility cannot reclaim disk utility not allow me repartition or reformat.

things have tried:

have run fsck in single user mode check disk.

have used internet recovery partition disk utility , disk utility usb installer of yosemite try , recover partition option greyed out , cannot disk utility format blank space when click on button make changes nothing happens.

have run disk , partition verification , repair nothing happens.

tried running techtoolpro check if can find issues no luck.

know can nuke drive , reformat have backup rather not have wait day while put on 700gb os apps , software if can suggest alternate way of getting missing 100gb

 

i have same problem. created empty partition on ssd "overprovisioning", regret haha. can't back

read filevault issue, it's off in case
