Macbook pro wont turn on .. tried everything.. 2 Questions I have

i have friend in 3rd world country , pro wont turn on.

found known working pro adapter , plugged in , displayed same symptom... dim green , amber light blinking on mag indicator light.

tried "almost everything" turn on.. main thing wanted try remove battery seems glued on , had warranty sticker on said not remove didnt remove it. notebook has been left unplugged few days , still wont turn on.

situation has limited nightime access web iphone. there in haiti few days of took macbook home , fixed there no mail wouldn't able return it. has warranty on cant claim cause of location.

no idea on plastic bit, "white stuff" corrosion liquid spill, there bunch more of on other side of pcb. cleaning off alcohol things going again.

Error installing Key Agent drivers in Windows 7

i reinstalled fresh bootcamp (windows 7 x64) on imac running yosemite. i'm having difficulty installing drivers, had first bypass issue x64bit drivers running through cmd admin errors "service 'key agent/mac hal' (keyagent/machaldrivers) failed start. verify have sufficient privileges start system services." have tried following instructions seemed answer this: i had exact same problem, on 17" mbp. in case, win7 event manager reported bootcamp 3.2 services failed install, in particular keyagent service (and without no apple keyboard , functions , apparently bootcamp icon doesn't show in system tray). event manager said bootcamp installer did not have sufficient permissions, went dial down user account control (uac) settings (in fact, turned off). should have seen when bootcamp 3.2 update running window ask permission continue (allow software install). instead, there silent failure. ok, turning off uac gives p
